Begins Monday, June 17th through Thursday, August 8th
IMPORTANT: Choose to attend either the morning OR the afternoon lift and conditioning sessions each day.
Each player only needs to attend one lift and conditioning per day.
The “Drills and Skills” Sessions will take place on Monday Mornings right after Lift and Conditioning from 9-11am, and Wednesday nights from 6-8pm right after Lift and Conditioning.
You can attend both “Drills and Skills” Sessions
